Official Strength is a private gym/facility opened in 2012 and is based in St. George Utah. I have trained over 20 Pro Athletes. Over 200 kids  and 19 Scholarships.

-These programs are strategically broke down into sports and athlete specifics such as injuries* in season* out of season* and postseason* programs.

-We have a powerlifting base for overall strength, we want our athletes to be the strength to reach peak potential.

-Secondary movements are our skills and sports specific movements. Strengthening movements that the athletes use everyday will translate 100 times faster then just getting them strong.

-Explosive power, power, speed, stability,  reaction and agility is integrated with every program we have.

-Every athlete will progress in their program differently. This eliminates injuries and maximizes personal goals for each athlete.

In season, post season, injury, blocks for programming for speed, strength, power explosive TO PEAK AT RIGHT TIME

We are able to run multiple sports programs within each session.  For example, there could be a volleyball player, motocross and football player in the same hour. They will be on there own program .
